Description

I downloaded the app on my iPad and iPhone today. When I tried to log in on the iPad, it kept erroring. I assumed I’d forgotten my password, so reset it - tested it on the web and it worked, but the iPad still failed. I then tried the iPhone and it worked. So for some reason the iPad isn’t accepting my credentials.
Not sure if this is known.

A few questions, since this is really odd. The authentication process is all using web requests, so there's no reason the iPad should fail when the iPhone works.

Are both devices on the same network?
Are you using a keyboard with the iPad?

Thanks Jason.
Yes, both devices are on the same network. I have “force-killed” the iPad app and still get the same.
There is a keyboard attached to the iPad, but I am seeing the characters get typed correctly.

Having posted that - I removed the keyboard, and it worked! So this is very weird, but this bug can be closed......
There’s obviously an anomaly with iPads and Keyboards.....

Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the update. I think we'll keep the ticket open to track the problem with the iPad keyboard. Hopefully we can find a fix for it.
